SHIPPING

I offer free Worldwide Standard Air Shipping via Russian Post or Boxberry International Delivery company with tracking # always available on all my paintings.

All the paintings are shipped inside the hard cardboard boxes, carefully checked and packaged by myself.

Based on the latest dispatched orders Standard Air Shipping takes approximately 3 weeks to deliver a painting from Russia to the United States and 2 weeks to deliver to Europe. This timeframe includes delivery+ CUSTOMS CLEARANCE time both in Russia and in the recipient country.

Nonetheless due to COVID limited air exchange between the countries some unpredictable delays may occure.

EXPRESS DELIVERY is available upon your request and cost extra USD$ 75. If you need express or priority delivery -please contact me.

I always look forward to your feedback that the painting has arrived safely and that you are happy with it. But if you are not happy with it you can easily ship it back and have Money Back Guarantee. You have Money Back Guarantee on all painting purchases.

If for any reason you want to return a painting, return it within 14 days after buyer receiving it in the same condition it was sent. Buyer pays for return shipping cost. When you send it you’ll need to ship it insured, so you’ll get a tracking code and send me the code. When I receive the painting back I can refund money paid minus Paypal payment processing fees.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It takes usually 2-3 business day to process the order before it is shipped out to you. This time is required to obtain the necessary support document (permit), required by Russian Customs, when any art object is being exported outside Russia.

Having obtained this permit I hand in the packaged painting to the shipping/delivery company and it is on its way to you.

IMPORT DUTIES AND FEES

Customer (buyer) is responsible for any customs fees/taxes applicable in your country. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations.

INVENTORY

I amend inventory from time to time. When paintings get sold or exhibited - they are taken out of this webshop’s inventory. Enjoy what’s here today!
